Не е само водна пумпа причина за хорор прикаските што ги читаш и слушаш. На TS моторие барем се покажала доста добро, повеќе скинати ремени се поради заглавени затегачи.

Timing belt replacement especialy on alfas is a minefield with garages cutting corners and previous owners cutting costs if you have just bought an Alfa and dont have it in writing when the timing belt was last changed you would be well advised to get it changed ASAP. we have also had cars in that have had a cambelt change but the car has been running poorly due to the job not having been done correctly.

Please note the above intervals are our advised intervals not Alfa Romeos official intervals, In our opinion due to numerous early timing belt failures we have seen Alfas official intervals remain to high.
We insist on replacing the water pump while replacing the timing belts as follows, TS engines every 72,000 i,e every second cambelt change, V6 with every cambelt change and JTD engines with every cambelt change and Mito waterpumps at every belt change.
The only other thing to be aware of while carrying out Timing belt replacements on Twin spark and Jts engines is a noisey variator, this can start to happen at any time during the cars lifetime, when it is starting to get worn it will start to rattle on start up it will make a (Diesel) type noise then go as the oil pressure rises, as the variator wears more it will start to be noisy all the time, as replacement of the variator requires removal and replacement of the timing belts to change it, if your car is showing signs of variator wear then it would be silly not to change it at the same time as the Timing belt replacement, To replace a variator while changing the timing belt is just the cost of the part currently £110 no extra labour is charged.
Мислам дека за ЈТД моторите си е 5 години, водната пумпа била проблем со фабрички вградената на 16 в мотори, така да откако ќе се смени еднаш може да се менува на секои 2 сервиси.
