In 2012 it was the VW Touran, who leads the suggestion box list of AUTO BILD readers because of a broken timing chain in the 1.4 TSI engine. Thus, the family van gets for the second time after 2006, the award for botch the vehicle - at that time it was still the bronze carrot.
