Due to the rapid growth Johnson Controls Stip is looking for a
HR PROFESSIONAL
Responsibilities:
•Maintain the payroll systems;
•Enter in personnel data for new employees and update current data where necessary;
•Compile monthly variables;
•Compile appropriate lists for the Accounting Department;
•Follow up on unpaid times and compile the corresponding attestations (pre-illnesses, unpaid holiday, maternity leave and parental leave);
•Ensure the efficient, correct and timely processing of all company HR information for employees and non- employees (contractors etc.);
•Check all HR documents for correctness and completeness according to the relevant guidelines, clarify potential discrepancies with the people responsible for HR locally and obtain missing data;
•Ensure standards are kept in line with the service level agreement;
•Prepare and compile HRIS reports, correctly and timely, and according to the customer’s needs and legal requirements on monthly basis;
Qualifications:
•University degree;
•Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferably in automotive;
•Strong knowledge of the Macedonian Labor Code;
•Excellent oral skills and ability to work in demanding environment;
•Computer proficient and
•Advanced English oral and written knowledge.
