The BBC have lately came with up with specific terms that can return Jeremy Clarkson to his duties on Top Gear!!
He could be return if he allows a ‘minder’ to watch over him, because BBC has lost faith to his first ‘minder’ Andy Wilman’s ability to watch over him.
The paper quotes a source from the BBC saying:

“I think that people do see a way to resolve this, and that is by putting someone strong in to manage the show and manage Clarkson. He is a brilliant broadcaster, everyone can see that.”
According to the Daily Mail , the Top Gear host is likely to get his job back, but an ‘ minder’ will be ready to keep an eye on him.

he had a job at a restaurant in a place called chipiona. he was washing dishes until two in the morning. he then had to clean 20 paella pans, which are large pans used to make a native dish called paella, and he couldn't because they were really moldy and because his back hurt. he went to the beach, when the tide was low, and he left the pans in the water after securing them to the beach so that the salt from the water would kill the mold and clean the pans. the chef later called him six hours later to go back to the beach and retrieve the pans. when he went back, the tide had risen a lot and most of the pans were gone. he only found one pan that was stuck in the rocks. after receiving his salary, with a lot of deductions used to pay for the pans, he left and never worked in the kitchen again.
