The above mentioned prices do not include V.A.T. 19%.
* 1/3 of the total invoice amount must be paid in advance in order to book a date. Rest of the amount must be settled till the day of the event.
Available ways of payment: 1. Bank deposit. (number of bank account: 810002320000267, name of the Bank: ALPHA BANK), 2. Cash
* The above mentioned prices do not include the necessary insurance cost. Further clarifications are essential in order to determine the exact amount.
* The above price list refers to all corporations and clubs, in order to hold races, specialized events, driving schools, presentation of vehicle and motorcycle models, driving tests, photography etc.
* Private Contract, between the Racing Circuit of Serres and the organizing corporation or club,
is necessary in order to finalize the agreement.
* In any case, the Racing Circuit provides to the organizer pits and paddocks (not boxes), supplies electric power and water and takes responsibility for maintaining clean all areas.
* The organizer is fully responsible for the safekeeping of the vehicles, for the security and the order of the event in general, in co-operation with the competent stuff of the Racing Circuit, on race-track.
Extra Facilities-Services
* BOX with pits access (18 available). Daily charge per box: 100€, weekly charge per box: 200€
* Facilities of the control tower, in detail: media centre, 2 conference rooms, award giving ceremony room, secretary office, 3 VIP rooms.
Daily rent charge for all the above mentioned facilities: 500€
Daily rent charge per room (except V.I.P. rooms): 200€
Daily rent charge per V.I.P. room: 50€
Weekly rent charge per V.I.P room: 100€
• Time keeping. The charge of the time keeping system includes individual sensor, results and a user. For one day or two days organisations the cost is 400€, for every extra day the charge is 100€.
The above mentioned prices do not include V.A.T. 19%
Primary on time notification is necessary in order to make use of the above mentioned.
