Launch Alfa Romeo Giulia in Arese on June 24th


The date we already knew from Marchionne, but Reid Bigland has now also announced the location where we can expect to see Alfa Romeo’s new D-segment sedan for the very first time; Arese. He said so during the presentation of the 4C Spider in Detroit (pictures). Alfa Romeo seems to be doing things properly this time and is making good use of its history – very important to true enthusiasts – during this comeback. The reopening of the museum promises to be quite a special party then, brand new rear-wheel driven sedan included.

This new sedan, possibly not called Giulia, will go into its first production phase in Cassino in a few months’ time. Before that though, we expect to see test mules with the final bodywork on the streets (albeit heavily disguised). The mystery of what it will be named is cleverly being upheld by Marchionne and Wester. While claiming that this is not yet decided and that they are still debating on the subject, it was also mentioned that the titles Giulietta and Giulia have been majorly important throughout Alfa’s history. Journalists from all over the world are now dying to find out more about this car. And that’s exactly what FCA wants.

BTW, нешто чудно се спрема со 4c. Знаеме дека шасијата е спремна за многу помоќни мотори, а централно поставените издувни цевки потврдуваат дека нешто се „готви“ во италијанската кујна :
