#Bugatti EB 110 - 1991
It’s easy to see why the EB was so popular: it featured a 3.5 litre engine, with a quad-turbo 60-valve V12 configuration. Those are a lot of turbos and a lot of valves for such a tiny engine. Power output was around 550bhp.
But the madness goes on! The body was built entirely by Aerospatiale, an aircraft company. Fortunately, they knew how to build scissor doors. In 1992 Bugatti went even further and developed a 600bhp monster, the EB 110 SS. Michael Schumacher bought one, which he sold in 2003. He described the car’s handling as ‘a bit of a handful’
